@shwwnn First of all: Qing dynasty were from Manchuria(Manchu people, not Mongols - maybe you have heard about Genghis Khan?), you mixed up time - 13th century Mongol Empire with 17th-20th century Qing dynasty.
Second: Xinjiang part of China since 60 BC - please check it again) by force;

If you want to go back far, then lets go to Liao dynasty, the first time when Mongols conquered part of China. Genghis Khan's descendant formed the Jin dynasty.
