Oh hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
I am looking to lose around 40lb. I focus on full body weight training placing emphasis on compound movements. I jog for 5 mins before I train and do 20 mins of HIIT after I train, I do this everyday. My diet is also clean. Am I doing this right? Thanks, Alex
is there any way to know if the 2 kilos i lose more or less every week is muscle or fat. I do about an hour weights and 20 min cardio after. No white carbs only good ones, overall good diet have lost 30 kilos in 7 months now at 85k but now i started weights i want to make sure its only fat i burn.
Doing this is possible to get lower BF% and more muscle. right?
Not really true, ive been on a 40/40/20 diet at about 3000 - 3500 calories for about 6 months and have gained 4kg while losing 1% bodyfat, was a very strict diet, and my beverage was water, protein shakes and green tea. Protein was lean source and carbs was complex with flax seeds. So i do think it is possible with good nutrition, training and rest.

uh... well a practical suggestion... Don't eat food when you're not hungry. For some i'd go as far as to say don't eat breakfast or have a light protein meal because if you don't feel like eating why push it? You're just putting calories in your body and when you feel hungry later you will be more calorie restricted.
@OmarIsuf I am 15 years old been lifting for about a year or so and I'm an endomorph leaning in the middle towards mesomorph. I have bodyfat but a lot of muscle due to being an endomorph and genetics. I'm at 205ish right now At 6' 1". I want to lean up and I was wondering if I should take advantage and bulk because I'm so young and can build a lot of muscle or just cut and get lean then build more muscle. Thanks. big fan of yours.
@stoudemire132 wow you got a full 60 pounds on me and i am 17, been lifting for 1 year. i have been really into cardio which is why im so low but now i want to gain weight and its so hard to gain once you have lost. i think im naturally at 160 but with the stress (working out) i put on my body im stuck at 145. im probably more of a mesomorph tho. i obviously dont gain super easily but im not naturally a skinny guy. i would say bulk as much as you can now while ur still young
spread out your macros throughout the meals evenly (other than reducing carbs in the late evening). Sound obvious, but it's very easy to do something like have a REALLY high protein lunch and then for tea think "fuck it, time to catch up on my carbs"

This might be the biggest misnomer in all of men's fitness. I lost 60 lbs and increased my strength in bench, squat, etc. Am I jacked, no? However, let me tell you something: Not everyone can get jacked!!! Some people really do not have the body type for it since genetics is a small component. Calories in vs calories out... that is all!

Calorie Surplus is the only way to gain weight but you want clean calories and clean bulking to look good. Complex carbs, non fried and low fat protein sources and all the water your body can handle.

@OmarIsuf in that period of two weeks where u lose fat, should u just do cardio workouts or mix both throughout that two weeks? i mean lets say 3 days weightlifting and 3 days cardio?
@OmarIsuf the bad thing is that muscles weight more then fat, so if you build up muscles and burn fat you would weight the same, like in my case, i never got under 95 kg and i was better looking haha
