Keep up the routine, mate and you will benefit even more. I am happy to see you improving your stamina, strength and....ha!ha! love-handles....they will be with you for the rest of your life! LOL! Hey man, show us some clips of you breakdancing or breaking something!
"As i have been training for many years doing various types of workouts.... i.e. free weights, machines, total gym etc, i already had a very good base to start from. Therefore, i stopped doing all of that and focused purely on the 15 min hell. I noticed immediate gains...once i had all the movements mastered.. in my arms (especially triceps), shoulders, back (lats), chest and legs (quads and calves). Did i leave anything out?? The gains were more to do with muscle size/thickness."
"To answer his question.... how long before the ripped shape? That depends on a number of things such as age, diet, body type etc. The workout is designed to develope usable strength however it's no miracle answer to cutting/ripping up. 3 to 4 months should be ample time to start seeing results. Stick with it and good luck."
Cool vid. Good Hell Segment. I also practice Wing Chun and we do that "Judo" push up at 2:19, everyday during our warmup routine, which is about 15 minutes of hell in itself. Keep up the good work!
You' got to be kidding. My name is David Bennett as well!
Gerat inspiration to keep in shape.

Hey, I've been doing 15-minute hell for a while now; how long is it until you are in the 'ripped' shape? 3/4 months?
NeoVelocity 2 years ago
Hey yourself! How long is 'a while now'?!?!
eugene1chung 2 years ago
Yo. A 'while' as in...maybe 2 months.
I've noticed both good weight loss and my abs/biceps are showing up.
Are you into the 15-hell? What'r your results?
NeoVelocity 2 years ago
Hey Neo...good to hear from you! 2 months! That's great and you see results! Great stuff! Keep it up, man!
eugene1chung 2 years ago
how bout you? any results?
NeoVelocity 2 years ago
I have been slacked but I am sure if I do what you're doing, I will definitely see a small reduction in my little tummy bulge!

I am currently doing the advanced 15-hell twice daily. six pack is gradually showing up, but the love-handles are taking forever to vanish.
but hey, flexibility, stamina and strength and gone up.
i'm now into breakdancing and thanks to Cap Chris.

R*E*S*P*E*C*T*!!!
So great to hear from a pro!
3 to 4 months? gotcha.
and before you asked if you left anything out: yes, you didn't mention the 'abs'. Is 15-hell a good route for a solid six pack?
Definitely sticking with it; thanks.

Yes Neo/Pantheon, the replies were from the one and only DB sifu. I will pass on your question to him to reply to you.
cheers....keep up the HELL training. You won't regret it!
