just a tip' u can also bake and not fry your blinzes.the batter ismade the same but were you would pan fry them you insted spread the batter very thin on a large cookie sheet and devide the product into sections and roll your blintzes.this makes the blintz rap nice and soft and fluffy.the cooking temp on the oven should be 325 and it should stay in for no more than 25 minutes and it should only be allowed to lightly brown.trust me youll seee the difference.
in poland these are called nalesniki and theyre amaaazing:)
