@unassumption that is only a part of the story definately poverty breeds poverty, however more and more people are falling into poverty and not due to any actions of there own, we are seeing the first cracks in the world markets and globalisation i won't be around to see it but my son will and i hope he survives it! for its going to make frances terror look like disney land!
