I guess Dirna? Well, she is the one you had to "defeat" to gain access to SG. Then after you defeat Ethereal Queen, she's now Determined Dirna with over 1million health, with 3 Demishadows (annoying!) and can absorb fire attacks. Reflect Sorcery is good for this fight because she uses a lot of magic attacks.

Bad strategy, Freya would be better with 1HP and some skills/acessories that benefits poor status. And attacking from the front is suicide. The combination of attacks is bad too, began destroying the lance in the front and after destroying the back of Ethereal Queen, there is no purpose for that.

@Auron0987 If you're having trouble with her casting spells try having Lenneth or any einherjar start spamming reflect sorcery,all the magic she casts (except astral maze and phantom destruction) will bounce back and hurt her instead of you. It worked for me even though it took me two hours to beat her and almost died (because of her spamming phantom destruction, scarlet shield, physically attacking, and empress massacre).

of course it will not save your victory.what did you think?you just save at the last savepoint first,finish the game,and THEN only go to the seraphic gate..it is on the last checkpoint that you can unlock the seraphic gate because square enix didn't want to spoil your game,you were supposed to finish it first,then go to seraphic gate after the lezard battle.you dont take/lose items from something you (supposedly)didnt finish. ;)
