The original Balts died out long, long ago, which is terrible, but the area wasn't all that densely populated to begin with.

But since Israel uses the Holocaust as the primary justification for its existence in the modern world, the Jews should have been allocated a part of Germany's former territory, since the Germans were the perpetrators of the Holocaust.
