@Gh0stTr00per 我180左右,以前是连篮板都碰不到,现在可以把球塞进篮筐,扣的话还有点勉强。我觉得练得话一定要吃苦,并且是长时间的,不能说练一天很辛苦,然后休息一个星期。我觉得要练就一三五都练腿,周末休息。这样见效比较快。并且跳也是有诀窍的,要试着挖掘自己的爆发力。

@Gh0stTr00per 绑沙袋练伤关节,久了脚会脱臼!要分层次练啊,大腿肌练杠铃深蹲,小腿肌练杠铃踮脚,然后 练原地45度蹲跳和蛙跳。关节是不要怕苦,每次都push到你的极限。这样练下去从摸篮筐到灌篮应该就3个月左右吧!!
