To clarify, Lucemon right now is a Perfect level, which is referred to as Ultimate in the English. But, since the Japanese Ultimate level is referred to as Mega in the English, people usually don't use Ultimate to describe anything, instead going Perfect > Mega. Hope that cleared things up.

But Susanoomon is better than Omnimon/Omegamon because it's based on the Orochi Japanese legend (basically a warrior named Susanoo uses the Kusanagi sword to destroy the Orochi monster after getting it drunk with sake),

He only used it on YggDrasil, destroying YggDrasil resulted in the reset of the Digital World not his attack, Even Victroygreymon and ZeedGarurumon destroyed YggDrasil. Alphamon and his more powerful Ouryuuken form are both far more powerful hence why he is the Royal Knights leader. You use Fan Logic to overpower Omnimon which is predicable.
