When Justin beat Gamerbee at 1st sending him to the losers he went wild. When Gamerbee got used to the Makoto matchup and Justin lost, he make his exit quietly without handshake. Wong might have also broken the new "counterpicking record" by using 4 different characters in 1 tournament: Makato, Rufus, Cammy, Balrog.

I'm not even sure if Team USA should be proud of beating Team international consisting of a female player Choco Blanka who lost all 5 games, with the final result 13-12.

Umm, he was standing up and looking at GB. GB didn't turn right away so they didn't shake hands. Not the end of the world as I see Daigo leave quietly when he loses too.
