In case anyone is interested, the slight change in sound on the harmonica (I believe) is that he is playing in crossharp where Neil played it in straight harp. I am not 100% certain on this, but that's what it sounds like. Perhaps Fretkillr prefers a lot of the blues songs...

@CitricAcid13 Ya it's either one of the other, I think that fretkillr is playing it in first position in different key to neil young who played crossharp without a capo. Bascially neil young h-o-g guitar key Em Harmonica G, fretkillr guitar key Fm harmonica F. Not 100% though
