  • AIDWA militant feminist Albina says that since every law is misuse they say that they have a right o misuse 498a . She does not say over 85000 cases are file each year . She does not say that 98% of the cases are false . She also tries the tried ans tested tactic of talking about 304B( dowry death ) when the issue being discussed is 498A( dowry harassment) law misuse . Indian Home Minister same tactic in the Rajya sabha recently when he replied about 304b use when asked about 498a misuse.
