I am outraged and believe that because of the citizens say every day, liberty and justice for all; Pres. Bush should be investigated and charges should be brought against the Bush administration. My guess is that the chairman of the court agreed with Bugliosi, but how could even they get him into a court of law? Yes, Bush is guilty. And Yes, the evidence is there. All that time, the body count in Iraq would go up. Now we find out that the reason the UN inspectors could find nothing is there were NONE. It was imagined by the west. These people died in vain. The UN says absolutely nothing on the matter. What about the 1.5 MILLION Iraqis that died for that lie?

We now know Saddam had NO WMD especially no nuclear program. 100,000 Iraqis died in vain and 1.5 MILLION Iraqis died from sanctions for these allegations.

The truth is that the US has suffered Iraq great injustices. They rounded off 32 nations to bomb the infrastructure. They bombed WATER plants, FOOD proces. centers, Electrical plants, schools, hospitals, roads, bridges. etc. Iraq was left w/ 4% of its prewar electr. capacities. Tons of depleted uranium was fired. They were left isolated by 192 nations who had sanctions. Bombed and Isolated they were left to breathe this air. Cancer became common & birth defects horrific. Then 2003 invasion.

What about the 1.5 MILLION Iraqis that died from sanctions for the allegations of WMD? For 13 years the UN inspectors can not find one shred of evidence of these WMD. All that time, the body count in Iraq would go up. Now we find out that the reason the UN inspectors could find nothing is there were NONE. It was imagined by the west. These people died in vain. The UN says absolutely nothing on the matter. What about the 1.5 MILLION Iraqis that died for that lie?

He was trying to insinuate that Saddam had a nuclear program underway. We now know Saddam had NO WMD especially no nuclear program. 100,000 Iraqis died in vain and 1.5 MILLION Iraqis died from sanctions for these allegations.

Just the facts please: In October 2002 The US Senate Voted on Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq. Both the House and the Senate voted for it. (the votes were both bipartisan) *IT* Gave the go ahead for President Bush to do whatever the hell he wanted to under US. Law when it came to Iraq. Some said Bush did not have the power to declare war. A 3 judge panel disagreed saying there was no dispute between the President and Congress. No law broken. Yawn.

However, we have put COUNTLESS US Governors in jail! Like Connecticut's Republican Governor Rowland. The Bush's are from Connecticut too.

I believe Bugliosi is trying to put an actual murder trial against Bush. Have you looked into Bugliosi's book? I am 100% sure he is sent a copy of his book to every attorney general in the country and if any would be willing to take the case he would offer his expertise. Now you may think a former POTUS will not be executed, but I think he should and can potentially be executed. Unless you know of an exemption. The only exemption being a presidential pardon. Tell me your thoughts.

They are fooling the public by comparing the findings of natural uranium is the same as depleted uranium. Natural uranium is expelled naturally out of the body. But DU was fired and because of the great heat a reduction in size occurred. Because of its new form as an oxide it is deadly because it will not be eliminated out of the body but stay lodged killing cells and damaging organs.

DU will stay lodged in the body . It will emit energy (radiation) alpha and beta particles. Alpha particles are like sub atomic bullets. Many were told the symptoms were psychosomatic and w/out the medical records they could not get disability. It was a cover up to the depleted uranium in which the gas masks were completely ineffective. Once fired it is reduced to a small deadlier particle that can penetrate through the gas mask.

The hearings concluded that the ailments were a result of the Gulf war and that they receive treatment from VA with or without their medical records. I worked 21 months to see Barack Obama elected President and I understand why he wants to look forward - I really do. There is a part of me that wishes to do that also - especially since the country is in such a mess.

Yankhadenoough does not know history. Yes they hung Nazis at Nuremberg, but we cooperated with Josef Stalin who was as bad, if not worse than Hitler. The Soviets committed atrocities just like the Germans in WWII, but since the USSR was on the winning side there were no war crimes tribunals for the Red Army and NKVD, and the Russians were made to look virtuous. Example, Soviet prisoners who escaped from the Germans in Stalingrad were shot by their own people as German spies.
