How old is he and when did he actually *really* start talking? I have a CAG who is 19 months old and he/she is talking some, things like, good bird, bad birdie, stop it, peek a boo...etc. Mine has a great personality and I am crazy about this bird! Had tons of fun listening to your's talk. Becky

he's 6 yrs old...I don't know when he started really talking because I've only had him for about 8 mos. I'm sure by the time your baby is 2 s/he will be talking alot more....thanks for watching and commenting!!!

I particularly like how he calls to someone whose name I cannot make out, and then he answers 'what!?' I also like that he has picked up, "How are you doing?" He has evidently heard people say that in phone conversations.
He is a clever bird!

oh yes he does!
I'm homeschooled, so I often sleep in...so he'll "make the phone ring" and when I get up to answer it...he laughs....
he sure does drive me crazy with that...

It's great hearing them do a one-sided conversation, innit? Mine does it. I think its good the way they get the spacing right as well!! Does yours drive you mad ringing the phone too? (and then laughing at u when u answer it+there's no-one there?) Ha ha!!
