I just love working a forklift. I find it so satisfying when the forks go right in without having to adjust the approach, and tilting the mast back on a massive load on such a beastly machine. Am I weird?
Never driven a fork lift in my life.I'm getting a job that would requier me to use a fork lift. After watching this video im ready to take on the task thanks to you an youtube.God bless Thank you..
Thanks for you vid, as it too did help me to just jump in and get the job.. i was asked at interview "do you know how to drive a folklift"? And I said yes (not knowing I watched this vid just an hour before interview) hehehe... I do however have my HT and have driven many heavy vehicles so they were just happy I was there. So big thumbs up and the speach bubbles did help especially around the noisy parts. Oh and thumbs up for saying that the room was cold when you stalled it :D cheers.
how is this really really bad? would you drive it any better? the guy took his time to show people how to operate and drive a forklift go make your own video and show people how to do it the proper way if you feel that he isnt doing it right.
It has been a dream of mine to become a forklift operator ever since I played a certain video game. Anyway, watching this video gave me inspiration. Thank you very much!
You folks should not be scared, I was kind of nervous for my test, but I did it in front of like 40 plus people and had no problems. I felt like I was driving a Golf-Cart with a few simple controls. Easy peezy.
looks fun as hell, i work at a market all we have are the small pallet forklifts which I wish had the tilt function o well, but forklifts are awesome machines and should be treated with respect as do people who drive them.
Might have to look into doing temp work. Look for a temp agency and if you got forklift skills, they should be able to find you a job in that area.
Looking for a good temp agency takes time, but the good thing about it is the fact that you aren't tied down....the cons however is that you might be treated as disposable, so never be "too" loyal to one agency.... you should at least have 3-5 agencies your employed with because that will increase the amount of jobs available
You are awesome !!! I got a job interview tomorow and your video gave me exactly what I needed to be cool in my head so I would not doubt my maneuvering* Thank you brother*
well, atleast it showed me all the basic things i need to do, i used to drive one 5 years ago and reach truck also, and now i smoked so much weed i forgot how to drive it. thanks for the helping me remember lol.
@TexazTru i think very easy...before i shot this video i drove this forklift for just 15 mins and i got it! I am not related to this profession at all, in any aspect. I wanted a test drive of forklift. One of my friend rented it and I wanted to try this life size 'toy'. So that's how this video was made. I am glad that this video has been more than just help(to get jobs!) to everyone. I never imagined, thats how this video would turn out to be. Thank you everyone for appreciation.

You have the the skills, and a chance to teach.
I´m scared abaout my my test.
I drove a Raymond reach truck for 5 years.
But what you drive.....scares me a bit.
But I´m taking my test in Germany, and I dont speak German.
The machine alone, bothers me.
