Great Chemistry. 04 had wallace billups hamilton prince and b wallace. Hakeems teams were great as were Duncans. Not like 09 Cavs with bad supporting cast

@JReel17 Sometimes excepting your role as the second option is the way to go. Considering all of his failures, perhaps that would've been best for him. Together, these two second rate players may have contended for a conference title (at best). As it stands, neither player has accomplished anything to speak of. Flashy dunks alone will not win titles or MVP awards.

You cannot use stat's in crunch time because there are too much conflicting factors. Kobe is consistently gaurded by 2 sometimes 3 players in crunch time. Even though he has pau and bynum, he still leads the team in scoring which obviously mean that he does the most work.

I do agree with the fact that Kobe has been given much of his career. But his perfect shot, his superior defense, his basketball IQ, and his killer instinct are something that he earned himself. TMac was great, but if he was given Kobe's situation,I can promise he would not have had as big of an impact as Kobe. TMac has never had that love for the game and that drive to win that Kobe has. @satown2150 all those teams had a GREAT supporting casts. If a team isn't going to win of superstars, they must have tremendous chemistry. The two teams that demonstrated that the best last season were Chicago and Dallas. Derick Rose and Dirk were the teams only stars but the way Chandler Kidd and Terry stepped up. Boozer Noah Deng... Great Chemistry. 04 had wallace billups hamilton prince and b wallace. Hakeems teams were great as were Duncans. Not like 09 Cavs with bad supporting cast

What's with all the T-Mac love? Nothing against the guy, I enjoyed watching him play and he was one of the better scorers of the 2000's, but he wasn't a winner, plain and simple. In Orlando he had no help, but in Houston he had great teams surrounding him, but could never win a playoff series. In fact, when he got injured his team ended up winning 22 games in a row without him. Great player, and it's a shame injuries derailed his career, but comparing him to Kobe, a 5-time champion, is absurd.

there was once a time where tmac was actually better then kobe but that time has long since passed. if it werent for injuries, i honestly believe tmac couldve won a championship or two with houston but unfortunetly we will never now just how great tmac couldve been. its sad to see where his game is at now but i hope that one day i get to see the electrifying tmac that i saw back in 2002

@Kenuwine24 When Kobe came into the league he had a good team already in LA. TMAC when he was traded carried the Magic on his back into the playoffs several times. He could never win a ring because there he never had a team around him. Kobe had Shaq, Derek Fisher, Horry, Rick Fox. Tmac had Armstrong, DeClerq or however you spell his name, a bunch of scrubs.

Go to NBA.com and look at their career stats. Almost always Kobe has averaged more points and more assits. There are talks and debates that Kobe might be better than Jordan, now whether you agree with that or not doesn't matter, my point is if there are talks about Kobe being better than jordan HOW THE FUCK can you say T-mac was better or is better than Kobe. INJURIES OR NOT. Kobes playing without all his fingers and Jordan won games with fevers. Cant be the best if you cant overcome adversity.
