I'm 40 years old and I've never voted before. When I met my friends today, to my amazement half of them had never voted before and didn't even know which constituency they are supposed to be in.
Even worse, one who had studied in UK said he had voted only once - in UK for the mayor of London.
How different are we from any Arab monarchy? I think we have a better civil service and generally more efficient bureaucrats. Not much else.
