I should point out that this was before the peak in Green. I wasn't brave enough to try and film that, the rioters were turning on anyone they thought were against them, police, security, they could have easily thought I was filming for the police or something.
my friend and me walked around green we were working in another field and on a break and we filmed some of what was happening in green, I remember the riot police, and people throwing bottles at what seemed one lone policeman .

Right, To start this is how reading is, was and will always be. Iv been going for 5 years now and for the first 2 yes i was scared but after that i thaught. Its not going to change... it will always be the same. This year i even put my own tent on the fire (no stuff was in it). But i will never be a dick head and put gas cans / deodrent etc. on the fire... And that security gaurd that was done in had it comming... he was beating people up and running them over with the quad bike.. I rest my Case

erm, about 20 metres from where we camped, they tried burning down a pole (the ones with the christmas lights on).
at first, 5 security guys came, so a bloke built like a brick shithouse, came and KO'd one of them, and the crowd rushed the rest.
then they brought 8 guys, 2 of which had riot armour, same thing happenend.
then they brought 2 quad bikes, they stole one and set it on fire.
then ~40 fully armoured riot police came to stop a crowd of about 300 people...

Yeah I read that and thought they were reporting from somewhere else!!. It was so much worse than this video indicates. I don't know why this gets very little if none at all press coverage, and the West Ham vs Millwall match has a massive out roar but is nothing in comparison to what goes on here.
I think they should cancel the festival for at least a year just so the little shits get the message that this is what will happen when they do this

I should point out that this was before the peak in Green. I wasn't brave enough to try and film that, the rioters were turning on anyone they thought were against them, police, security, they could have easily thought I was filming for the police or something.

my friend and me walked around green we were working in another field and on a break and we filmed some of what was happening in green, I remember the riot police, and people throwing bottles at what seemed one lone policeman .
I got hit by a gazeebo pole putting out a fire and had to fire a water extinguisher at peoples faces to stop them hitting me more
