George is one of my heroe- his ministry brought my husband back to the Lord. Now my hubby is probably trying to get George to teach him to sing bass!! His ministry has touched so many of us- God Bless you George Younce!
I am not religious but I loved George Younce and his big bass voice. I don't think he ever hurt anyone and I believe he helped many. May he rest in peace or be joined with his God and sing forever.
Great song. Track 1 on the George Younce "I Believe" album. It's also availabe on a "Tribute To George Younce" album. Bro. George was one of the smoothest bass singers around. He could growl with the best of them but his notes were always clear and the words were understandable. And, to top it off, he was a genuine Christian loved by his family, friends and fans. What a man!
Ms. Hoover. Once again you have brought a smile to this ole sinner. This was my eight year old daughters song. She fought with everything her little body could, but on March 02, 2002 she lost her fight. She fell in love with this great man.She would listen to his music and it would comfort her. This song was playing softly when she began her journey to heaven.Ernie Hasse and I tryed to get my little girl and her hero together but missed by a week. Now I know that she's sitting next to the lord & Geo.
anyone have the lurics to this song? Please.
