@TazPulse Sorry for any confuzzlement, lol, basically if you only want to spend as little as possible by only purchasing the recorder, you will only be able to view it on the PC (which is not a good choice IMO, as it is a small preview screen). If you want to see it on the TV at the same time then follow the complete set-up in the video, that's what I had. If you have a look at the (poorly made) diagrams in the info you will see the set-up a little bit better.

I'm kinda confused, at 0:19, what do you mean by "that's if you DO NOT want to watch on TV as well". I want to record INTO my computer WHILE I'm playing Call of Duty. And as soon as game ends, I can stop recording anytime I want. The way you said at 0:19 seems like "you can record but you can't see it on your TV, only on your computer." So I'm confuzzled. @seanrje i would do but no longer have the capture card, there are diagrams that i made in the info. its a really simple device, the only software you need is what comes with the capture device and thats it. start recording

i can get something better its a PCI x1 card thats fits into all your x1 slots and it has inputs and outputs for both TV and computer BUT u can only use it if you have HDMI there is only (on the back of the card) serial, HDMI in and HDMI out.
