well I did it in imovie than i put it into imovie HD to share it etc... but what i did was put the little red line where you want it to freeze... than right click.. and hit take still frame.. (but i would recoment putting the jump into a project.. than splitting it right where it needs to freeze.. THAN take the still) haha message me if you don't get it! haha!
