1) he must be born in the USA.

2) he must be born of two American parents.

There is no "certificate of live birth". That is a mis-statement. The COLB is the document that the doctor actually signs when a child is born. It is what I've been saying all along. Where is the doctor or even one nurse that was present at the birth? The only birth certificate that can possibly exist is a document of registration of birth that was gotten after the fact. Next question--what is Congress going to do about it??? That proof is required to be eligible for the Presidency.

There is no requirement for there to be a doctor or nurse on the certificate for it to be valid for a passport or anything else - many other states have LESS info on their birth certificates than Hawaii does on theirs.

If your father loses that birth certificate he has right now and has to ask for a new one, what he will get is a birth certificate in the same format as what President Obama put on his website. Your father cannot get another copy of the long form - the COLB is the only birth certificate HI puts out there any more.

The COLB is certified by the state, represents prima facie evidence in any court, is sufficient for a passport or any other purpose

Yes, I did misunderstand. That's really interesting though. I work for a major US Airline. At one time, before it was required that passports would be the only documentation that would be accepted for entry into another country, drivers licenses and a birth certificate would be accepted (Mexico, some Caribbean Islands, Canada, etc.) If someone were to approach a ticket counter or gate with the document (COLB) that Obama is trying to pass off, they would be denied boarding.
