I live in Chicago so I get to see an over the Hill way too old Cuauhtémoc Blanco.. Man I wonder how good this guy was 10 years ago.. hes still good now and almost 40..

I had amazing seats one game last season and it was crazy watching Blanco scream at everyone in spanish.. funny stuff.. I want a 2002 World Cup Blanco Away White Long sleeve jersey.. if anyone knows where i can find one.. authentic.. let me know..

I have never managed an international squad in FM 2009 and always manage Manchester City... but im thinking about starting a new campaign managing team mexico.. I mean all the future talent is ridiculous.. Guardado on the Left.. Dos Santos of Tottenham on the right.. Vela upfront.. man I intend to win WC 2014 with Mexico..

Thats why USA always overPerforms.. because US players know each other well from playing with one another in the crappy MLS..

don't speak spanish.. however, just got this guy from transfer from arsenal to my club (man city).. for 20 mill.. retraining him to be a mid center.. he has all the attributes for it.. hes a truly gifted player.. mucho contento..

It's a problem very discussed here, we have internal administrative problems, since mexican player can make more money in mexico than going abroad, Unlike argentinans or brazilians that get paid 5 times more because in their contry they make shit) and when we go abroad, they have trouble getting adjusted to each other because of the different level of play.

Yeah its just like zeppis2 said...whenever our players go abroad they have trouble adjusting with each other when they come together for the World Cup...kind of disappointing when your world class players cant live up

Yeah team unity and general comfort level with each other is a HUGE factor in developing a winning club.. The game Football Manager 2009 which I must say is the greatest game ever in the history of games it is impossible to win unless all your players have GELLd with each other and are happy..

Anyway forget Carlos Vela.. Look out for Andres Guardado.. Plays in Spain for Deportivo.. He will be in less than 2 years the best Left Winger in the game.. him and Dos Santos on the Right.....

Yeah, if you watched the game when the US beat Mexico the only person that I saw that was actually doing anything was Dos Santos...still you cant deny the fact that Vela is pretty good

uhhh i never said forget vela.. vela is gonna be world class in a couple years.. however, i think possibly guardado has the greatest potential out of all the young mexican futbolers.. dos santos seems too soft.. he has mind blowing talent though.. but guardado will do great things....

better attacking player in terms of assists AND goals.. but guardado, although playing wing, does have a tendency to strike from long distance.. i have seen some ridiculous goals from guardado.. its sad to say (im not mexican but american).. but NO american player has the talent that andres guardado has.. he is amazing....
