I remember in middle school, someone drew a line on a whiteboard and my teacher was pissed, so he erased it by using a mechanical pencil. I'm pretty sure he had no idea, but he just started scratching over the line with the lead and it erased the marker somehow.

To skater about the xbox 360. Take a soap scum eliminator fill a big bowl and put it in for 5 to 10 min. P.S take apart the xbox first or if it is on a small part like on the top put a rubber band over top of it and spray in the rubber band till it's full and wait

I'm not sure about "ALL" materials. But, it works on metal, finished wood, painted walls, etc. But, I would need to know what material you are talking about.

I made a video on how to take off sharpie!! Dude, you don't even need eraser black marker! Just trace over with normal whiteboard black marker!
