The movie is "Dancer in the Dark" starring Bjork. It was directed by Lars Von Trier, and it was filmed in 2000, I believe. It's an excellent film. Definitely recommended.

Wow. Amazing! I love this movie and I love Björk so I'll just say that this is very good work. And the clips fit so well with the song. You might think the song was actually based on this movie ;)
