BRTC and Skin79 both have oils in them, so I wouldn't go for them if you were afraid of breaking out, but my philosophy isthat unless your ski nabsolutely hates it, aas long as you wash off your makeup daily it will never break you out.
BRTC has a bit mroe of a matte finish, and Skin79 is quite moisturizing, but skin79 is much thinner and it is more of an oily consistency, whereas the BRTC texture is simply smooth, very very smooth, but not oily.

When I got them, ebay was ripping ppl off, but now there are amazing deals, and it's near Korean prices. Ebay's the best source to buy.
