  • @81HappyCat yes. all of them if performed correctly. don't let your knee get over your toes.

    to make it even easier for the knees, step backwards instead of forward.

  • There is known point doing this because it only works two muscles(hand string and i can't remember the other one you would be ALOT better doing proper lunges which work four muscles TRUST ME MY BROTHER IS A PT(personal trainer)
