There's a couple parts that are very slightly wrong, listen to the song again and you'll pick it up. Other then that you have all the right notes.

Now in order to play the song, you have to play it with the FEELING. Dynamics are key to this song.

close, but you're missing a few things. after hitting your base notes your hand comes up and plays the same thing the right hand is playing (an octave lower obviously). the other thing is that the first chord in each chord movement is played 4 times and not 3 like you have it.
