It's a great album and they are definitely great songs and are in the right musical direction, but it's not quite the same as Justice like they said it would...Kirk still was holding back on the solos. I might be wrong, but about 5-6 years ago Apocalipse Dawn was a Metallica inspired song in Total Guitar Magazine in England to accompany an in depth interview with Hammet and Hetfield regarding guitar partnerships. I presume they couldn't land the actual songs for the issue so copied the basic key styles and improvised.
