It's a program call Power Tab Editor.
I looked for it and it actually works :o
it's slightly more complicated than your standard "ultimate-guitar" tabs.

私ははじめて聴きましたが、とてもきれいな曲ですね。
inseiさんのプレイはいつ見てもとても丁寧ですよね。右手も左手もとても丁寧に弾いてらっしゃる。それにタッチがとてもやわらかい。ほんと、きれいな音です。
後半のオーバーダブもばっちりきまってますね。すばらしい！
