But anyways this "provision" of the bill in which you are talking about was already tried before in a bill more all its own called the "Indigent act". Backed by McCain of all people. Indefinite detention, no lawyer, no charges, torture, (COUGH sorry I meant "Enhanced interrogation") all in it. From what I understand it didn't get enough headway so they just tacked the "provisions" onto a bill they felt would and in fact did pass.

The majority of the public fail to realize that Everything is scripted. There's no letting things play out naturally. And in most cases there are no such things as coincidences. Everything is cleverly crafted & manipulated toward a certain plan and is put into place, only to create an illusion of a natural order.
There is a few big problems with Ron Paul, that makes me very hesitant, 1: He opposes Gay marriage and there rights as citizens, same for Atheists... 2: He doesn't think abortion is ok AT ALL, which is violating our freedom, it should be the right of the mother to choose. 3: He doesn't believe in universal Health care. 4: And this is the WORST one, he wants the Gold Standard to be in effect, look it up, the England king regrets EVER instating this law...

Instead of capturing him and giving him due process, President Obama gave the order to have him assassinated on the spot of when he was founded. Truly scary how much power the President has.
