Second Point, why do Shia follow Ali: Shia follows Ali because Allah and the Prophet order use to do that.
Verily your guardian is Alláh and His messenger (Muhammad),And those who believe and establish the prayer,And give charity (alms) while they are (in Ruku`) bowing down. (al Máidah, 5:55),a) The highest sunni translators of Quran, like Zamaqshari and others, say the third guardian are Ali ibn Abi Taleb. And in many other verses and ahadith notes that Ali is the leader after the Prophet(S).
3. Why Fatima?, The Prophet confirmed that the most beloved person to him is Fatima his daughter and that his family well come from here. And he also said: "Fatima is from me, who hurt/annoy Fatima, hurt me"// this hadith is narrated on Sihah. You also read same hadith about Ali, the Prophet said: "Who hurt/annoy Ali hurt me".
Those who annoy God and His Messenger will be condemned by God in this life and in the life to come. He has prepared for them a humiliating torment (33:57). 4. The Prophet are ineffable, you can read it on the Quran verse: 53: 3-5.

Brother Muhammad saw was NOT incapable of error, as he did error sometimes. But he was sinless in the sense even before prophethood he never lied, or directly went against Allah. Therefore he was sinless. The Shia claim their imams are infallbile, which means they cannot make any mistake ever, which includes lying, speech, or everyday life. This is an attribute of Allah who makes no mistakes, but again the shia claim Allah makes mistakes in 'Usool Kafi'.
In Shia fiqh there is no hadith that is 100% sahih as you have. Therefore every hadith that is against the Holy Quran is only trash. But to not make sin=infallible cause otherwise he would have made sin? And the leader of a divine message must be infallible so as the protectors of it (the holy Imams(A)) so the message wouldnt be corrupt. And God says in the Quran that everything the prophet said/did was upon divine revelation, indirect you mean this is wrong?
As for the Jamal war AIsha r.a went out to encourage Ali r.a to be swift in punishement to the sabites who killed Uthman r.a. Aisha r.a was consequently attacked, and ambushed ; this cauing the jamaal war.
Ali r.a walked Aisha r.a back after the incident, showing no enmity between the two.
Those who slander the prophets wives are like the hypocrites of the incident of Al ifk, those who Allah rebuked, so please refrain from talking without knowledge brothers.

We sunnis follow the full Ahl Bayt not that just of Ali r.a.
The Jamal war was caused by Abdulla Bin Saba the founder of Shi'sm.
Muhammad is not infallible, he was sinless but not infallible .e in everything including speaking, mathmatics, mistakes etc.
He was sinless in that he nevber disobeyed Allah.
