U screwed up the intro box. It says Heavy Rain Walkthrough: The Nurse Its supposed to say New Super Mario Bros Wii Walkthrough: 7-4 Star Coins. :P

that is like the worst way to get the second coin. just go to the top one and jump down and then move the remote and continue

You can also achieve the second Star Coin by standing on the pipe that is moving up and down. To do so jump on the first Mario platform followed by the second one without making the platforms move. From there jump from the second Mario platform to the third one collecting the coin and moving the platform next to the green pipe to move on.
