Seriously, google some images of people who have gotten hit by RC aircraft and heli blades. Even though it doesn't look all that big there's a lot of energy in those blades. It won't take much to sever some tendons/nerves/blood vessels in your hands or arms. Say hello to a few years of rehab. And if it hits you in the face? Come on...be smart.

Your neck strap was too short on the transmitter which should have been closer to your mid stomach not up at your chest which would have given you quicker reflexes at the controls plus acrobatic flying, takes at least 2 to 3 years of normal flying and higher flight than what you tried to pull off!!!

I had wipeouts on tree tops, concrete, grass, snow, buildings not to mention a car behind a grocery store...I used to crash every 1 or 2 flights now I haven't crashed in over 8 months. It comes with the territory too bad I didn't record my crashes..

I am sure he has a Sim. It only teaches you so much. The real thing doesn't react like a sim. Why aren't these guys telling the pros on here that place videos to get a sim when you see them crash their heli's. Just tells you that everyone crashes.

I like the way at the end of the first flight, you have the heli out in the road and then you stop to see if there's any traffic before crossing. If something had been coming, the heli would have got it lol.

Each crash broke main blades, tail boom, (main frame broke in one crash), main/feather shaft, tail shaft tail grips everything in between, even main gears, belts and servo gears from not hitting TH the first time.
probably cost around $200 and 17-24 hours of work in the end I still can't loop or roll...
That was sweet!!! I love crashing. I do it all the time. That was the best crash I have seen to date, that rotor went FLYING! We all loose orientation once in a while, no biggie.

4.5mins is the default on an 1800mAh battery, which I don't run over 5 on to cause LiPo dmg. Hitting the Low voltage cutoff is a bad thing.
BTW are you using the stock gyro? I've had hella trouble getting mine to hold heading this well.

I've been flying nitro 60 size helis for a while.
This crash though damaging was not that spectacular.
Spectacular is seeing a 60 size bird literally flown into the ground at full throttle. Few parts survive something like that.

One thing that's always smart to do is to familiarize your muscle memory for the throttle cut switch (bottom right of my DX6i) with an mSR or mCX.
Doesn't look like you cut the throttle when the crash was immenent, could've saved a few parts at least!
