FPS = Frames Per Second. The higher the better...I can only get a max of 100 on my crap box.

It can assist in higher - longer jumps. Essentially it allows for better performance game wise not only jumping.

Although it's not impossible to do these jumps with a low fps. When I recorded this vid and had fraps running, I was getting only 40-50 FPS.

on overgrown you can go on the wall behind the dumpster, follow that and jump on the roof that way, and in the room that you aim at at 6:00 you can jump on the little window sill and jump on the blue floor above the normal floor and snipe from there
