@hiu121 no, why? It's nothing wrong. I've known AFI from 3 years only, but have all their albums and I'm glad that after 3 really punk records they've started change the music style and. I mean, the same sound of the albums could be boring. I just can't imagine that all 8 records would be punk. Davey grew up as a man and as an artist and it's natural that he and the rest of the band don't wanna play the same music all the time.But I love it,and can't wait for the next (surely different)album ;)

AFI is still a great band...they have been exploring new sounds and should be lauded for the exemplary work they create. While I agree that they were definitely more punk in the early days and gained the listeners attention with their energy more so than anything, AFI is becoming a better songwriting band. But to each his own. This band is great regardless.
