  • 11 dislikes? stupids

  • One of the most underrated songs I can think of. It's so brilliant and there is so much emotion in it. It is so beautiful.

  • one of my exes favorite songs...

  • Only ONE thing I didn't like about this album, .. . it had the worst cover !

  • Awesome song... nuff sed

  • Brings back the good old 80's when things weren't so lame and so hard. The 21st centry SUCKS ASS! just like everything else that came along with it.

  • Alice recently said this was one of his favorite songs.

  • The most lonely song on Earth, or is it Mars? All Aquarians have been there and YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND US

  • Youtube should have no "dislike" button...

  • this man is one ugly son of a bitch, but he kept me on the floating line with his songs when I was down and needed someone more than anything...he's the man I had my first beer with, he's the man who watched me from shadows when I first fell in love, telling me that LOVE'S A LOADED GUN, WHY DIDN'T I LISTEN TO HIM ?? WHY ??

  • @nairpic9 He is a typical Aquarian, like me. As much as you hate him, he will always be there for you.

  • ...people really need to stop taking certain things so literally....

  • Does Alice Cooper have any bad songs?

ERR! The correct answer is "what is 'no'"

  • great big good song.

  • Obviously, it's one of my favorite songs..

  • the city streets are wet with blood tonight

  • i loved that album very much like 'trash' even if it was very underestimated and didn't have the same succes such as 'trash' had. hey stoopid, die for you, and dangerous tonight my favorites from this album.

  • This ballad is epic for me! It's just fuckin wonderful! It has such a deep and powerful lyrics!

  • Words cannot describe how powerful this song is. So heartfelt the lyrics are deep and really speak to you. Easily one of the Coops best songs and that is saying a fuck ton.

  • the song as a whole is amazing!! but when the chorus kicks in with the strings!!!! its fucking epic!!!

  • Amazing! the best, POWER ... EPICC ...

  • Such a!!!! alice.....on my piano.....

  • Along with "Hell Is Living Without You" , my favourite Alice song.

  • Now this right here is what is rightly called an awesome fuckin song.

  • 9 people are on Mars.

  • 3:56 epiccc

  • One of his best songs! Too bad he doesn't sing this live.. it would be EPIC.

  • While Alice is synonomous with shock rock, there are few singers better at ballads. He has such a mournful voice when singing about losing someone he loves.

  • This song makes me goospimply! Love it! Totally Compelling :D

  • i wonder if we are all from mars

  • GO ON THE COOP !!!

  • Friend of mine given me tape with Hey Stoopid like 15 years ago. I listen to this album since then constantly. It is perfect. Not even one song is messed.

  • Alice Cooper's best song !!!

  • 9 votes are peopl who are married and have money and a wonderfull life:)

  • 9 people don't want to go to Mars

  • Esta canción la escuché sin parar, dos meses seguidos, en modo REPEAT. Volvía a casa y seguía sonando. Me hipnotiza.

  • Wow.. It's really.. fantastic and it's make me blue, but I'm lovin' it.. Vincent- you're my idol.

  • NEVER own my soul fuk yo

  • The part at 2:55, oh my god!!! It's brilliant. Goosebumps!

  • @syncm Me too, but I had goosebumps for the whole song!

  • beautiful song... <3

  • sono tutte belle le sue canzoni.....

  • I was 10 years old when this album was released, friend had it on tape. There was no such thing as internet back then. I´ve grown-up with this one. For me, it has been one of the greatest and most important rock album ever made, in several ways. it was playin´in background when i had my first kiss, it brings me a lot of memories from the past twenty years. I´d say, from onset to withdrawal, there´s right song for the mood....

  • @jukkagrasten

when i was 4 my dad had lace and whiskey and alice cooper goes to hell, I got trash when it came out for my 10th birthday, and got this album the day it came out. it was the coolest thing ever because alice was my favourite singer, and satriani and vai were my favourite guitar players (they both appear on the album)

  • @jukkagrasten i feel the same way, I was actually 10 when I got trash though. when I was 5 my dad gave me "lace and whiskey" and "alice cooper goes to hell" alice has been with me my whole life

  • @jukkagrasten I still have the tape, but sad thing is no tape player for it to go in.

  • love this one xx

  • ALICE HAS ONE OF THE BEST STAGE SHOWS !!! WELL WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION!!!

  • AAAAAAAAAAALICE COOOOOOPAAAAAAA!!!

  • Majestic.

  • How come the worlds five greatest love songs are sung from a stalkers perspective?

  • @morphman86

Please give them haha. I bet one of them is Police's "Every Breath You Take".

  • Comment removed

  • @Apjooz

maybe 'i dont wanna miss a thing'?

  • @morphman86 whats the other 4 songs? lol

  • @morphman86 because we, stalkers, find them the greatest I guess :D

  • @morphman86 ive never thought of it !! but which r the other 4 ??

  • @morphman86 Because anyone who obseses over someone enough to follow them around everywhere must really love them I guess but it's not mutual

  • @morphman86

I used to play this album outside and BBQ on Saturday evenings..Really loud! This song probably repelled more stalkers than attracted them. Just a thought :>

  • @morphman86 I never interpreted this to by a stalker singing. I interpreted it as a fresh break up (days, maybe a week. Month tops), and an expression of the grief and loss enjoined in the ending of the relationship. If it became habitual to watch her in her favourite corner bar, then it would be stalkerish, however I think this is an isolated incident.

  • @divinekinhunter If we're analyzing the lyrics more than just the initial sound, I'd even say the person is just about to commit suicide by jumping off the rooftop. I think you're right, this isn't from a stalkers perspective, this is a man who just got dumped by the love of his life...

  • @morphman86 funny that a year ago you posted that stament, but i think its more about someone who loves someone from a distance but to afraid to approach But sitting there watching never doing anyting about it, really creepy.

  • @costlyspider i dont think alice cooper intended it to be creepy but lets face it, with the basic concept of it there is no way anybody could write it without having some sort of creepy aspects

  • @morphman86 Not at all, because ugly man = stalker, handsome man = secret admirer. Woman's logic, you know.

  • @czDante92 Not really, more like guy with binoculars out the window = stalker, guy that leaves letters = secret admirer

    I'd rather a stalker tho

  • @CezzCooper It was kinda bad joke :)

  • @morphman86 I think you've just nailed down the explanation for the success of the "Twilight" francise.

  • Heard this for the first time today. Cant believe I haven't heard it before and it wasn't more successful.

    Amazing.

  • Been listening to this for years...... Never gets old

  • By Far the best song ever made my Alice Cooper.

Poison and Hell is living Without you is pretty damn good as well but this song just goes far beyond them.

  • @0darkTunes Man, you just listed his top three songs *high-fives*

  • I remember feeling this song. I still do, but thankfully I can just appreciate the music now.

  • Alice Cooper´s best album, or the first one that hitted me like a ten ton hammer. No bad songs on this album. This is one of the greatest ballads ever made, and for example hurricane years rocks the mountains to pieces of sand. Thumbs up and long live to grandfather of (horror?) rock!!!

  • this song smells like fresh rain, I love this tune, thanks dick wagner

  • Incredible Ballad ! Captures, dead on, the horrible feeling of beeing dumped and You just want to....jump !

  • This song reminds me of my worst days in my life ... and yet it builds on. Just pure emotion

  • I think this is the best song on the album '"hey stoopid" ty for uploading

  • This album kiks ass!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I used to hate stuff like this. Today has proved my wrong

  • Great song. Great Album. Alice Cooper forever!

  • fantastic song, alice is legend <3

  • God, I love this song. Both the lyrics and the instrumentals just blow me away. I can never listen to it just once.

  • @avianahelena The trick is to only listen once at a time. Than the song keeps it wonderful magic.

  • @Gnaaahh Music this good never loses its magic. ;)

  • @avianahelena That's true! But after 20 times listening in a while, the song is less throat grabbing, spine chilling,...

xD you get what I mean :p

  • put the lyrics dude!

  • A fuckin' great song

  • who the fuck are the 9 people that clicked dislike to this video?

  • @HarveyBritRocker Dunnotrack em down,.and.find them and write pervy lovletter to roseanne bar from their adress;) cause this song is great

  • This is how I'm feeling right now. Beautiful song. Most people are shocked by the fact Alice Cooper, ghoul extraordinaire, is so versatile that he can go from writing about necrophilia and insanity to tender songs about love and loss.

  • my god what a chours. alice rules

  • This is now my favorite song by him, topping Sideshow form The Last Temptation.

  • Respond to this video...u know wats awsome... Alice Cooper is the talk show host for a radio station where i live called 93.7 The Bus

  • Alice Cooper for ever! He is a true living legend. LONG LIVE ALICE COOPER

  • my boyfriend listens to this when we fight...I never turn him away though, he's amazing <3

  • So random question, anyone still listen to Alice Coopers older work like "Im 18" or "Halo of Flies" etc.

  • @obsidiansnake91 Yes, all the time. I especially love the Killer album, I have it on vinyl!

  • @MotleygnrCrue nice. Good album. That goes back to when the original group was still together.

  • ALICE COOPER ROCKS !!!

  • I love the melody here.

  • yep...A masterpiece!A song to never forget!

    To me is heaven...

  • there are no words to describe how awesome this song is. epic masterpiece, thanx Alice.

  • I got my cooper/zombie tickets for park city / wichita on may 9th..fuck yeah gonna rock out with my cock out

  • Best album in history. Alice Cooper is god

  • i love this song

  • fuck mussolini. thats says it all.

  • @mussolini1

Everything Alice Does IS Alice. He evolves, he changes with times and his own thoughts. I LOVE all his music! And there is nothing wrong with an anguish filled ballad! This album had what some would consider several, but all his albums tend to follow a theme or story line whether people get it or not. All his other solo albums--have all contained ONE BALLARD at least! Listened to the all!

  • Alice Cooper is epic. Case Closed.

  • my favorite song <333

  • Just heard this for the first time and I'm already mesmerized. This doesn't happen often to me o.o I think I'm obsessed

  • my favorite alice cooper song!

  • Guys, I just bought the album today - and in the little booklet (if you can call it that) I noticed a line reading "Steve vai appears on courtesy of ...." I was happily surprised, any of you know which song features Steve Vai? It might be a silly guess, but from the solos on all of the Hey Stoopid album, I'd venture a guess he does this one actually? But let me hear from you :)

  • @theossy What's the answer?

  • @theossy

Steve Vai appears on track 7 which is Feed My Frankenstein

  • Alice for President!

  • beautiful song ^^

  • I totally love the song. But could somebody please tell me what it's about? I'd love to know.

  • Well. Might as well be on mars. It is a story of a man who has lost the love of his life. He is lonely. Calling her and no answer. But, he goes to the bar they hung out at. He see her there but can't go in. So...even though seh lives in the same building that he does. The distance between them feels as if he were millions of miles away. It is love beyond reach.

  • Thank you:)

  • well said

  • I was at high school, first time I have heard this song. I have never listen to it since this time, lots of memories are flowing back at the first note ! Definitely one of my favourite album, great song

  • Just like I feel now...:(

  • If only I didn't understand the meaning of this song, I might be a happier person then. But that wouldn't matter anyway because I would still love this song!

  • One of the best unrequited love songs ever written. Excellence.
