  • If you mess up, it's ok. Just pick up the pieces and keep going. Just don't quit. But you HAVE TO deal with the emotion that makes you turn to food for comfort.

    Going for a walk, draw, cry, make a video. Just don't turn to food because then you never deal with your emotions. I've BEEN there girl!

    When I'm tempted to eat for comfort (this is rare now) I think about dying of heart attack/stroke OR about my back fat that I want to go away. Then I soul search.

    Weight Loss is a mind game.

  • I'm an emotional eater as well...recently I've been writing down my feelings when I have cravings as well as the times so I can note any pattern. Finding something else to do is also a great idea.
