@TheLaxlaxlax - The music, cause you put the music and drum audio together after on your computer! If you had the music in the background, the mics would pick up drum audio and the music (in bad quality) :)

@burtonbomber96 hey man one solution is to purchase a new hi hat with a foot pedal that swivels so u could put them much closer and not have to worry about the legs being in the way. Another thing to consider is where you are playing on the pedalboard with your left foot. Make sure that your foot is properly placed and not too high up. That way you will require less pedal exposed to you. You can also just move your hi hat farther away and make your leg move more. Hope this helps.
