  • I find it funny that there can be such a great band with such poor song choice

    could be amazing :\

  • That was a beautiful arrangement of A night in Tunisia.

  • i'm really feelin' this. and the sax solo is superb. i'ma a little curious as to how y'all learn ur drills, but still...good stuff.

  • we have drill charts and work set to set. It is a grid system so we can see the form, we learn are spot to find the form, once we do that it is all form work. Our marching is a bit weak but the sound isn't :)

  • i'm just wondering cause i march over at an hbcu...and how we learn our drills. there is no way we could make those formations...i got major respect for dci style...

  • I miss this band so much! I marched the 05 and 06 seasons on the tenor line. I'm the short tenor player in the video. I wish I could go back but I'm in the military now :( God bless you guys and BLOW SOTS!!

  • wee man? that u?

  • Yep, surely is.

  • thanks for serving!!

  • Much better playing than I've heard from the SOTS in a while. Congrats on playing with control and musicality. The marching needed cleaning in spots and the dance line was a wreck (choreography and marching).

  • Marching wasn't at the top of the 'to do' list until this year with the white pants.

  • BLOW SOUTHERNERS!!!!!!!!!!

  • um, fail.

  • yep, the southerners blow.....

  • Thanks for adding...I was in the drumline that year pretty much the best opener ever.

  • SOTS rocks! 'nuff said
