I know i'm not the only one with this problem in gta 4:
a few minutes after loading my game, the camera starts to go go crazy (like when Niko drinks) and also the car i get into start accelerating by his own "will" and also it damages itself very quickly and quickly starts to burn.
Please help me and other people who might have this problem!
i've discovered a temporary fix, when this happens, simply turn off clip capture, or if i's already off, switch it on, wait for a bit, then turn it off
new idea buy a console and stop using your weak pc you tightass use the money saved for your gaming lan cable and buy a console that works instead of using the pc.

That's reallly bad! I hope, Rockstar will fix it soon.
I'am so happy that i am able to play GTA 4 without any troubles, although I have an ATI HD3850 card and a slower processor (AMD X2 4850e).
GTA 4 is an really bad porting of a console game, without any optimization for PC.
(Sorry for my bad english, please.) :-P

I hate it when this happens, but it sucks even more when your player disappears too :(
hopefully the patch coming in the next week or so will fix lots of the bugs.
