@raftdodger29 Twixtor helps rest frames and forms a smooth pattern of them. SO i suggest you get it :) There are free versions too, check out for the tutorials on how to get them ;)

Also, Not everything can be slowed perfectly, it's all trial and error ! good luck

@MrScaringpeople Changing/Enhancing any colour is called colour correction which you can do on many softwares. Changing the background completely is don't by using a green/blue screen and then taking it out on your edit and then replacing it with another background. Hope that was helpful?

@JBDUK117 haha Twixtor is a plugin for After Effects that helps you play with the speed. In this case, I've slowed down 60fps to 1000 & 5000fps :)
