  • This tutorial was great I changed out my driver, passenger and passenger rear on my 08 Tahoe only thing is you don't need to remove door handle on any other door except the driver.

  • man that was great , ive got to replace door handle on my 08 avalanche and i have to admit i could not have done it with out this tutorial , thanks so much D Ray you saved my day ........

  • @MrTmon Thanks for watchin', glad it was helpful to ya!

  • Hell!, I'm smarter now, after watchin these 2 videos. I have a better idea on how I could pull my door panels off. (though I have a car) Thanks man.

  • Extremely helpful video! Just replaced passenger side mirror from an "incident" Saturday night. Looked you up when project stalled and finished in no time. Thanks for the help and keep em coming!!

  • Super video! Been sometime since I have worked on any vehicle. I used to do the body work on cars many years ago, but that was a very long time ago. Love the outtakes as well!

  • Hey, D-Ray...ah..someone else besides me locks keys in cars! Usually it's the trunk for me! LOL! Jack

  • Ill have to admit im impressed. Believe you are the first of us Rednecks able to impress another minus the saying, " Hey ya'll, watch this! " or " Hand me another beer." Which is what i usally say! The train: textbook! A train is always in a southern song, reminds me of David Allen Coe. lol

    Great vid! Thaks for sending.

  • @strikenetter That dad gum train has messed up more of my shots over th' past year than I can count! Hell, you'd think I'd do a damn TRAIN vid! LOL! I bet if I tried to, th' damn thang wouldnt run all dang day! LOL

    Have a goodun' bro.

  • I use to hate workin' on doors and window regulators, when I got done I looked like I was in a knife fight!! Nother great video Dude!!☺

  • @805ROADKING At least you looked like you were in a knife fight! When i do something like this i just look like an idiot. lol

  • @strikenetter Lol!! I've come away lookin' like both a few times!!☺

  • @805ROADKING Thanks E.J., I lucked out there, not a scratch. Just jinxed myself now, I bet th' next wrench I turn results in a busted knuckle...LOL!

  • very nice

  • @pigmydmm Thanks!

  • good job D-ray! I used to work in a body shop, them damn linkages and doors are always a pain!

  • @racer4560 Thanks man! Yeah especially when you got "ham hands" !

  • That's a pretty involved repair. You did an excellent job of explaining all the steps. The outtakes were great!

  • @RamblinAround Thanks Jeff!

  • aggrevatin mess ain"t it

    you make it look easy

  • @standupbaits Thanks. It aint too bad, much easyer than th' sportbike bodywork I'm used to workin' on,

    LOL!

  • the outtakes are funny as hell! haha

  • @FlirtyMurty Thanks, I coulda made a whole vid on that screwed up mess Lol!

  • I like the old rods they had. not threaded just L end on it with a plastic clip to hold it. That new plastic threaded piece looks like something that wont last long. Locks the keys in HAHA. I got a lock out set with slim jims hope you do too lol.

  • @travisjeanelle LOL! yeah I'm afraid that plastic piece may be stronger than th' thin "pot metal" piece on th' other end! Kinda like my ol' man used to say, "They made them thangs to sell, not to use!"

    Have a goodun'

    D-Ray

  • Well done I'm an old goodwrench from the 70's

  • @krazy45cat Thanks, I appreciate it.
