When I saw prom I thought of the senior in high school dance that we all went to. This is obviously different. So what is this PROM?

It's an eight week long showcase of classical music preformed at the Royal Albert Hall and it's been going since 1895.

@skittleboy15 The Proms are the celebration of classical/orchestral music held by the BBC. It goes on for several months with tonnes of cheap concerts for the British public to appreciate and learn about classical/orchestral music. They cover all kinds of genre within the classical/orchestral umbrella and this was the first time they did a Doctor Who themed one. FANTASTIC! They'll be doing two more this year, CAN'T WAIT!!
