Obama's records will be treated like M.L. King's records (sealed for 50 years), why? Because if America ever found out the truth about this man, his background, his real birth information, his college thesis, he would be ousted as POTUS. This in turn would lead to Civil War II. USJC defines a national and citizen of the United States

One of the requirements is one parent being a citizen and the other being an alien even if that child is born outside of the US. (title 8, section 1401)

Granted the words Natural born is not included but it seems as if the case would be an uphill battle.
