The torah is not a legal claim. If you are just going to judge ownership of a territory by history, then America should give their lands back to the native americans. The Australians should give their lands back to the aboriginal tribes. Thats not how it works.
That being said, I believe Israel should exist because it is the only liberal, secular nation in a land surrounded by religious totalitarianism.

A great curse always eventually comes down upon those who harm us. Scoff all you want - history proves this is true.
May you turn yourself around and embrace the principles of the B'nai No'ah movement - or bring yourself into the Torah world under the direction of a qualified Rabbi - by hard work and serious introspection.

The only thing history has proven regarding your people is that everywhere you have lived, you have lowered the moral tone, preyed financially upon the host populations, poisoned their minds with your radical and foreign values and left a swath of decadence, profligacy and bitterness in your wake. You have used once-proud western nations as battering rams for your own needs, all the while contemptuous of those upon on whose blood you grow fat and insolent. And the world is ON to you.
