Don't worry guys, this band will *never* compare to Evanescence so there's nothing to worry about. Good for Carly for actually having a life even after American idol, but I think Ben is the jerk in this scenerio. Ev's new album comes out this fall, so GO EVANESCENCE!

And, you've got some of Evanescence's orignal band members, so they just look like a duplicate only sucky and less famous. Their music isn't even that good. Wouldn't say they're better than the original. "Bury me alive" is comparable to a song from The Open Door in quality. But the Evanescence album Fallen was still better. However, I believe that "The Fallen" can actually become as good as Evanescence used to be.

Actually they chose her because she can actually -hit the notes- when she sings, and they knew her for a long time. She lived in Ben's basement for months before they asked her to join.
I really like that the band let Carly have the first crack at songwriting. She wrote the lyrics for Bury Me Alive! Just wait until we hear what Ben has been cooking up over the last few years. Can't wait.
Well the band do sound good, and live they should be better than the current Evanescence band, as i felt they lost a bit of oomph when Rocky and Jon were fired, but i agree to much like the first Evananescence album in sound, I will be interested to know if they take off, and the album is actually any good
