That kid is adorable... it is weird though that this is for a contest and an anchor on CBS has them on the show and is talking about it being "viral"... since when is 3000 views viral? And how many of those were after the exposure it got? Seems a little unusual to me...

I agree with dotbacher. After reading the rules, they CLEARLY state that no third party copyrighted material may be used. I agree, they should be disqualified.

Cute kid, but this video clearly violates the rules of the contest. "Your Video Submission: (a) must be totally original, not have been previously published or appear anywhere else and CANNOT contain any third party copyrighted or proprietary material (including but not limited to music, voices or artwork) or otherwise infringe on the intellectual, property or other rights of a third party." and should be disqualified.
