i live in this womans district, zone 9, were over run with stray dogs and cats and many in the community have an unhealthy fear of animals. i think its un-fucking-fair that we pay city and county taxes to mckamey animal shelter and they ignore our communities. this woman cant handle what her own citizens must deal with everyday. what a bittie

i think it's ridiculous but looking at her age and location she grew up during the civil rights struggle where dogs were used to attack black people. She may have been a victim or witness numerous attacks of dogs.
