BTW. Your Dober was not scared, she was between you and a possible threat. That was her thinking. You could see her tubby wagging like crazy. As a puppy she was just unsure of what she was supposed to be doing.

I dont know if i would title this "doberman afraid of toy"; your dog is only slightly nervous of this toy, and could bite you. I have had many dobermans and i wouldnt corner or push this dog very far on this, doesnt appear too nervous and is only 1 step away from a bite, my dog would have done the same for about 30 seconds, then seized the object and bit it hard and tore it apart like she does with other "toys"... great dogs arent they!
